It’s a beautiful home and well planned out. In my opinion it’s the best layout I’ve seen so far. I especially love the entryway and first floor layout. It’s great for entertaining and having large family dinners. However there are some tweaks that would make it absolutely perfect! Expanding the 2nd floor and adding more bedrooms and baths. Additionally a finished basement with fitness room, game area, bar and bathroom would be absolutely perfect. Lastly for this kind of pentacles you should have so much land that you wouldn’t be able to see your neighbors!

Wait, in order to get to the main bedroom you’d have to first walk through the kitchen or the dining room? There’s no direct way to load groceries from car to kitchen. Otherwise I love most materials, the hallway, scullery, staircase color palette are very very nice!

this house is stunning but I hate that there are no mature trees anywhere. It makes me crazy when these developers level everything and leave no old trees

It's just 2 x 4s and sheet rock.

It's a very nice property. I'm not crazy about the primary bedroom being on the first floor. I also do not like that there is a secondary entrance to the bedroom through the wash room. Mirroring a lot of other comments about the size of the rooms.
